Attorney Registration.

An Attorney of Record (see FRJA 2.505) can view the name index, progress docket and un-redacted images on cases in which they appear, unless they have been made confidential by court rule or order. The Attorney of Record role also allows access to non-confidential/sealed name indexes, progress dockets and redacted images for cases in which the attorney is not the attorney of record. Effective March 22, 2019 the Clerk of the Circuit Court will terminate the appearance of an attorney of record pursuant to the directions provided under FRJA 2.505 (f)(3)FRJA 2.505 (f)(3).

Requirements

  1. Be a member of the Florida Bar.
  2. Provide your valid Florida Bar number.
  3. Confirm a valid email address is stored in your Florida Bar profile.
  4. Scanned registration form in PDF format.

Please note, selecting other user roles on the registration form will not grant you access for that type of role.
