Self-Represented Litigant (Pro Se) users may enter into subscription agreements to have Internet viewing of all records in their cases not sealed by the Court. Self-Represented Litigant (Pro Se) users are also given view of the indexes, dockets and images of court records that are not confidential, sealed or expunged.
Self-Represented Litigant (Pro Se) user registration requirements and instructions
User must be a Self-Represented Litigant (Pro Se), i.e., representing yourself in a court proceeding without the assistance of a lawyer.
Provide a list of cases on which you are the Self-Represented Litigant (Pro Se).
Provide a valid E-Mail address.
When you bring your form to our office, you will need to present to the clerk the identification card used by the notary to validate your identity; the clerk will make a copy to be attached to your registration form.
If you are personally known to the notary, you will need to present to the clerk one of the following, of which the clerk will make a copy and attach to your registration form:
State issued driver license or identification card;
Passport issued by the Department of State;
Military identification card.
