A Self-Represented Litigant (Pro Se) can view the name index, progress docket and un-redacted images on cases in which they appear pro-se, unless the images have been made confidential by court rule or order. The Self-Represented (Pro Se) role also allows access to non-confidential/non-sealed name indexes, progress dockets and redacted images for cases in which the viewer is not a self-represented litigant on the case.
Requirements
User must be a Self-Represented Litigant (Pro Se), i.e., representing yourself in a court proceeding without the assistance of a lawyer.
Provide a list of cases on which you are the Self-Represented Litigant (Pro Se).
Provide a valid E-Mail address.
When you bring your form to our office, you will need to present to the clerk the identification card used by the notary to validate your identity; the clerk will make a copy to be attached to your registration form.
If you are personally known to the notary, you will need to present to the clerk one of the following, of which the clerk will make a copy and attach to your registration form:
State issued driver license or identification card;
Passport issued by the Department of State;
Military identification card.
Please note, selecting other user roles on the registration form will not grant you access for that type of role.
